The focus of RAN's work is the individual. Finding yourself without a job, for whatever reason can be both distressing and disruptive. RAN's team of redundancy advisors know the rules, can understand your feelings and in many cases, have been through the experience of redundancy themselves.

In most cases, RAN's support is funded by the employer. We are a not-for-profit organisation and so charge less than many commercial providers of redundancy support and outplacement services.
